Stephen Boncimino

Stephen Boncimino is a Manager in the firm’s Corporate Tax Group. With 5 years of experience, Stephen has a strong background in comprehensive tax consulting services. He specializes in working with public and private multistate and international corporations. He is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including preparing and reviewing tax returns and tax provisions and advising clients on tax compliance and planning, conducting internal training on tax provisions (M&A, stock comp, intro to provisions), and corporate tax training for new hires.

Stephen serves clients in various industries, including technology, life science, manufacturing & distribution, and retail.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephen was a Senior Associate at a leading accounting firm. His key responsibilities included preparing and reviewing corporate and pass-through income tax returns and tax provisions.

Currently, Stephen is pursuing a Master’s degree in Taxation at Rutgers University.
