Siva Rama Krishna Vishnubhatla

Siva Vishnubhatla is an Associate Director in the firm and has more than 15 years of public accounting and auditing experience. Throughout his career, he has served SEC registrants and private companies in a variety of industries, with particular emphasis on Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds, and Employee Benefit Plans.

Siva is highly experienced in working with venture-backed startups and multinational public companies. He has led large teams efficiently handling cross-border projects. He has deep knowledge of complex organizations and processes, technical accounting matters, internal controls evaluation, and SEC reporting requirements. He is also well versed in complex technical accounting and financial reporting issues such as Fair Value Measurement (ASC820), stock-based compensation (ASC 718), Statement of Cash Flows (ASC 230), and Employee Benefit Plans.

Prior to joining the firm, Siva worked with a Big 4 accounting firm in their financial services practice, where he led engagements for private equity public listed and private clients.
