Serge Fontaine

Serge Fontaine is an Audit Senior Manager with over 15 years of public accounting experience. He has worked with a variety of both public and private companies operating in various industries, including technology, media and entertainment, health care, life science and special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs).

Serge is responsible for the supervision and review of all phases of the audit. He also provides assistance to clients with complex accounting and reporting issues, particularly related to revenue recognition, business combinations and financing transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Serge worked in the financial reporting group for a global travel firm in Germany. He was responsible for the review and consolidating for the financial information of foreign subsidiaries, participating in preparation of the quarterly interim and year-end group financial statements, and update group accounting policies.

Serge assists in the training and mentoring of staff and is involved in the recruitment of new employees.
