Robert Lane

Robert Lane is a Tax Director with over 20 years of experience working with wealthy families, high net worth individuals and their investments and businesses. His expertise includes tax and estate planning, formation, purchases and sales of businesses, analysis of complex securities transactions, debt restructuring and charitable giving arrangements. He also provides a wide range of compliance services to individuals, trusts, partnerships, LLCs, foundations, and S corporations. 

Robert has significant experience in managing large projects with multiple entities. He works closely with clients to ensure that tax engagements are performed efficiently and on schedule. Robert’s planning emphasizes the minimization of taxes and the implementation of goals appropriate for individuals, families and businesses.

In addition to tax, Robert has substantial forensic accounting experience gained through various engagements in the United States and Europe. Prior to his accounting career, he worked in the subsidiary rights area and the circulation department for major publishers and publications.
