Biography
Rachel Milbauer Cohen is a Senior Manager in the Private Client Services Group with nearly 10 years of public accounting experience. She provides a range of advisory and tax compliance services for closely held businesses and individuals, in addition to consulting, compliance, and outsourced accounting services.
Rachel plans, supervises, and reviews multiple tax and accounting service engagements across a variety of industries, including professional services, law firms, and entertainment. She has worked extensively with high net worth individuals and closely held businesses on federal tax compliance and accounting issues, and values each client by assisting them with the necessary tools and support to help them achieve their goals.
Additionally, Rachel assists in the training and mentoring of staff, and is involved in the management and recruitment of new employees.
Rachel started her career as an assurance intern for a Big 4 accounting firm.
