She focuses on outsourcing CFO services, profitability consulting, and technology solutions. Michele is passionate about helping clients build systems and processes to improve their profitability and long-term success. She specializes in building relationships with her clients to provide valuable financial best practices to help them grow their businesses, meet their goals, and plan for future exit strategies.

Prior to joining the firm, Michele was a Partner at Raich Ende Malter & Co. LLP (REM), a leading full-service accounting and auditing firm providing a wide variety of accounting, tax, and business advisory services to organizations of all sizes, emerging businesses, and high net worth individuals. She was focused on expanding the cloud-based client accounting service practice at REM.

Before joining REM, Michele was a co-founder of her firm for 20 years.
