Michael Posten is a Senior Manager in the Private Client Services Group (PCS) with nearly 15 years of public accounting experience. He is focused on tax planning and compliance services for high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, family limited partnerships, and trusts and estates.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael was a Wealth and Tax Manager with a law firm where he collaborated with attorneys to develop and implement income and estate tax planning techniques. He also worked closely with financial advisors to ensure overall integration of client wealth management. Michael also spent time with a Big 4 accounting firm and provided income and estate tax planning and compliance services in addition he gained extensive exposure to gift and generation-skipping transfer tax issues
