Michael Dodkowitz

Michael Dodkowitz is an Audit Senior Manager and is a member of the firm’s Manufacturing and Distribution Group and Life Sciences Group, with over 10 years of public accounting experience. He serves both public and private clients, and provides employee benefit plan audits as well as due diligence assessments. Mike assists his public company clients with SEC reporting, filings, and compliance, including internal controls over financial reporting in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley.

Additionally, Mike has experience with complex transactions including leases, inventory costing, debt and equity financings, equity-based compensation, revenue recognition, consolidations and purchase accounting. Mike works closely with his clients to understand their needs and expectations and ensure that his engagements are planned to meet both our professional responsibilities, in addition to the clients’ needs.

Mike assists in training through EisnerAmper University, the firm’s internal education program. He also mentors staff and is involved in the recruitment of new employees.
