Michael Clifford

Michael Clifford is a Senior Manager in the Not-for-Profit Services Group, with over 20 years of public accounting experience. He has a background in planning, administering and supervising audit engagements for enterprises ranging in size from small to large, including private schools, employee benefit plans, social-service agencies, religious organizations and other types of not-for-profit entities. Mike has also served a number of entities that receive federal and state funding, and he is thoroughly familiar with the related reporting requirements.

In the community, Mike volunteers his time to various charitable organizations, including various athletic, community and religious organizations. He has contributed to the firms Not-for-Profit blog on Qualified Transportation Fringe Amounts - UBIT Refund Procedures which is part of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017. Additionally, Mike has hosted webinars on topic of employee benefit plans. He also assist in the training of staff on topics of not-for-profit, and is involved in the recruitment of new employees.
