Lyly Ha is a Director in the firm’s Marketing Group with over 20 years of experience providing digital marketing and business transformation, business intelligence, and innovation, focusing on transformation and technology. She is a performance-focused marketer with experience leveraging MarTech and innovation to transform operations and grow revenue.

Before joining the firm, Lyly was a consultant for a SaaS product startup to drive all aspects of B2B2C marketing and demand generation in the health care talent market. She began her professional career at a multinational consumer goods corporation, where she led digital programs and innovations for the personal care product division. Lyly was part of several innovation projects, including the patented hair color in-store, hi-tech tools, and Business Spheres & Decision Cockpits to build the company’s analytics expertise globally.

In the community, Lyly is a Board member for the P&G Alumni Network, a nonprofit organization facilitating networking, philanthropy, sharing ideas, talents, and resources. She was a past Vice President of both Digital Strategy for American Marketing Association (AMA) and Publicity and Communication for Toastmaster International.

Lyly has presented to professional organizations on marketing and technology, including understanding and leveraging the right technology to drive transformation and deliver business growth. Additionally, she has presented transforming analytics capabilities to optimize marketing programs and improve digital operations focused on scalability and process improvement.

Additionally, Lyly is multilingual and multicultural in Vietnamese, English, Intermediate French, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
