Lyly T. Ha
Lyly Ha is EisnerAmper’s Director of Innovation, focused on developing and implementing external and internal innovation programs and new product development. Lyly has over 20 years of experience bringing her business transformation skillset, digital marketing and business intelligence experience to projects. She is a performance-focused professional with experience leveraging MarTech and UI/UX methodology to transform operations and grow revenue.
Prior to joining the firm, Lyly was a consultant for a SaaS product start-up focused on driving all aspects of B2B and B2C marketing and demand generation in the health care talent market. She began her professional career at a multinational consumer goods corporation, where she led digital programs and innovation for the personal care product division. Lyly was part of several innovation projects, including business spheres and decision cockpits to globally build the company’s analytics expertise.
In the community, Lyly is a board member for the P&G Alumni Network, a nonprofit organization facilitating networking, philanthropy, and the sharing of ideas, talents, and resources. She is a past vice president of digital strategy for the American Marketing Association (AMA), and Vice President of publicity and communication for Toastmaster International.
Lyly has presented to professional organizations on marketing and technology, including leveraging the right technology to drive transformation and deliver business growth; transforming analytics capabilities to further optimize marketing programs; and improving digital operations focused on scalability and process improvement.
Additionally, Lyly is multilingual in Vietnamese, English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
