Biography

Louis Cohen is a Tax Partner in the Private Client Services Group and Partner-in-Charge of West Palm Beach. Lou has more than 30 years of public accounting experience and provides tax consulting and compliance services to closely held businesses, pass-through entities, and high net worth individuals.

Additionally, Lou has extensive experience with the restaurant and hospitality industry. He also has been an expert witness on matters involving trust accounting disputes.

Lou served as President of Caler, Donten, Levine, Cohen, Porter and Veil, P.A. (CDL), a leading full-service accounting firm in Florida before joining Eisner Advisory Group. There, he served as CDL’s practice leader for the restaurant and hospitality industry group.
