Judd Appel is the Managing Director and National Leader in the Transaction Advisory Services Group (TAS) with over 20 years of expertise in transaction services and investment banking. His focus is to drive a robust pipeline for the firm, develop new business relationships with private equity and corporate clients and be involved in growing the TAS team nationally.
Judd has diverse experience with both public and private clients across a variety of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, and distribution, automotive, aerospace, technology, and private equity.
Prior to joining the firm, Judd was the Managing Director of BayBridge Capital Advisors where he led the mergers and acquisitions and lending platform to connect clients with institutional investors.Judd’s prior experience includes nearly 20 years with blue-chip companies where he held a variety of roles including CFO, Corporate Development and Business Development.
