Janina Mariel Teoxon

Janina Teoxon is an Audit Senior Manager with over 15 years of experience in public accounting. She provides professional services to both public and privately held companies from emerging/early stage to accelerated filers in the life sciences and technology industries. Janina is experienced with assisting clients through the complex financial reporting and compliance issues associated with the filing of registration statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Prior to joining the firm, Janina was an experienced Manager with a national accounting firm and performed audits for clients in a variety of industries, including life sciences, technology and professional service firms. In addition, she has five years of experience with auditing financial statements of publicly-listed, local and multinational companies, real estate, manufacturing, construction and retail in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) while she was with a national accounting firm as Senior Associate in the Philippines.
