Howard T. Mann

Howard Mann is an Audit Partner with over 20 years of experience in audit and review, due diligence, and business consulting engagements for closely held and publicly traded companies in the technology sector, as well as commercial real estate, manufacturing and distribution and wholesale product distribution.

Prior to joining the firm, Howard was Partner-in-Charge of Technology and a member of the SEC practice at Raich Ende Malter & Co. LLP (REM), a leading full-service accounting and auditing firm providing a wide variety of accounting, tax, and business advisory services to organizations of all sizes, emerging businesses, and high net worth individuals.

As a member of the SEC practice, Howard provided audit, quarterly review, and acquisition-related services to publicly traded entities. He played a key role in the firm’s assurance services group. Howard was responsible for establishing policies and procedures and overseeing and coordinating client services, including consulting, compliance, and planning. Additionally, he was active in the firm’s recruiting, training, and mentoring programs.
