Gina Smith

Gina Smith is a Managing Director and the Enterprise Program Management Officer (EPMO) at Eisner Advisory Group, with nearly 25 years of experience in project management. She overseas firm strategic projects and has expertise working in the financial services industry. Gina defines and maintains standards for project and change management, within the firm, and strives introduce economies of repetition in the execution of strategic projects, while always thinking about the impact on colleagues and the firm.

Gina is skilled in internal audit, business process improvement, mergers and acquisitions, business continuity, and strategy. In addition, she has strong program and project management skills.

Prior to joining the firm, Gina held positions at Marsh & McLennan Companies, one of the world’s leading professional services firms. In addition to working at the parent company (MMC), she worked in two of the four operating companies at Marsh and Mercer. Gina served as a Manager in the Project Management Office and worked on human resource transformation and Workday implementation at MMC, a Principal in the Strategy Group at Mercer, and a Vice President in the Corporate Development Group at Marsh.

Most recently, Gina trained a firm client and certain firm groups on the fundamentals of Project Management.
