Frances Feldbaum

Frances Feldbaum is an Audit Director and a leader of the Franchise Services Group, with more than 20 years of public accounting and private industry experience. Fran manages and supervises teams performing audits, reviews and compilation engagements for nonprofit organizations, governmental and commercial business entities, including experience with the OMB Uniform Guidance audit requirements. She is responsible for all phases of these engagements, including the planning, organization, supervision and review of the fieldwork.

Additionally, Fran’s expertise includes analyzing client’s internal control structure and the preparation of reports to management detailing recommendations for control and policy improvements.

Prior to joining the firm, Fran was a Principal at St. Clair CPAs, P.C., a leading accounting, audit, tax, advisory and financial consulting firm. She lead the nonprofit division and served on the firms accounting and auditing committee.

Fran serves as the Treasurer of the Board of BalletX, a nationally recognized contemporary ballet company based in Philadelphia. She is also an active member of the Arts and Business Council for Greater Philadelphia, receiving the Volunteer Leader of the Year Award in 2016. Fran served as a faculty member of the Business on Board program, where she was an instructor and educated business leaders how to understand not-for-profit finances and reporting requirements, while also sharing real life experiences with her students and clients.

Fran is a panelist and has presented at nonprofit workshops and events at the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia.
