Ellen Morrison

Ellen Morrison is an Audit Director with nearly ten years at the firm, five of which she provided audit and accounting to both public and private companies. Ellen transitioned seamlessly into a firm-wide audit operations role, which is her focus today. While client facing, she was responsible for overseeing the audit process from planning through issuance of the financial statements and managed the activities during the audit. Ellen has served a variety of clients, including pharmaceutical, sports and entertainment, hospitality, and retail.

Ellen’s current role is within audit operations firm-wide, with a focus on the day-to-day operations and change management, in addition to implementing best practices and tools to drive greater consistency across the audit service lines. Ellen also works closely with audit managing partner and chief auditor to develop and implement processes and protocols firm-wide.

Ellen is a contributor to the firm’s website on COVID-19 regulatory relief. She is also involved in the internal training of audit staff through EisnerAmper University, providing high quality learning experiences and opportunities in order to support the growth and development of audit staff.
