Eli Silverman

Eli Silverman is a Senior Audit Manager in firm’s Technology Group with over 5 years of experience. He oversees all aspects of the audit engagement. Eli has SEC experience and serves both public and private companies in a variety of industries, including life sciences, technology, manufacturing and distribution, and insurance. He is knowledgeable in complex technical issues, such as revenue recognition, equity-based compensation, and complex debt and equity financings.

Additionally, Eli is a member of the Pension Services Group and manages employee benefit plan audits, including 401(k)s, defined benefit and 403(b) plans. Eli understands the reporting and regulatory requirements unique to these types of audits and stays abreast of changes in the employee benefit plan landscape, including recent accounting standards updates and required implementation.
