Dennis Antishin is a Director in the Health Care Services Group providing digital health care services. He is an analyst, manager and strategist with a diverse background focused on patient safety, clinical risk, operations, project management and operations engineering. Dennis’ health care expertise was cultivated through his work in the U.S. and Europe, which he leverages to create customized and unique solutions for his clients.

For over two decades, Dennis has dedicated his efforts to assisting organizations with patient safety initiatives and strategies. By integrating safety standards and practices with operations and technology, he is able to assist organizations in the transformation of their business to better service patients and employees.

Prior to joining the firm, Dennis consulted for one of the largest nonprofit health care plans in the U.S., analyzing medical malpractice claims and patient safety event data to produce insights to cost reductions, improved patient safety and risk mitigation. He has assisted a leading children’s hospital with a medical equipment audit focused on CMS and TJC standards and regulations and designed device management policies to meet corporate goals and objectives and TJC compliance. He also served as an Associate Vice President with an integrated risk management solutions firm. Dennis has assisted organizations on how to leverage technology to manage and mitigate clinical risk.

Dennis was a Vice President, and led a team for an incident management system, where he was responsible for software design, solution integration and aligning data system requirements with patient safety practices providing health care.
