Daniel Watt

Daniel Watt is a Director in the Corporate Finance Group, with over 10 years of experience providing financial due diligence and other mergers and acquisitions consulting services to private equity and corporate clients.

Daniel has experience working on deals valued from $5 million to $5 billion across a wide range of industries, including technology, entertainment, consumer products, health care, manufacturing, finance and professional services. Additional engagements he has been involved in include sell-side due diligence, pre-transaction preparation, post-closing dispute assistance, and the provision of strategic mergers and acquisitions advice tailored to meet the needs of clients and the unique challenges posed by every transaction.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked in the Transaction Services Financial Due Diligence Group for a Big 4 accounting firm, where he performed and managed a variety of diligence engagements and post-merger integration and reporting projects. He also has previous experience in the assurance sector, having worked in the same firm’s Retail and Consumer Products Group.
