Survey cover.png According to Statista, during Q3 of 2022, approximately 15 million data records were exposed worldwide through data breaches—a 37% increase compared to the prior quarter. You could say cybersecurity is both a sprint and a marathon. It’s the non-stop pursuit to stay at least one step ahead of the bad actors who are constantly perfecting their nefarious techniques. One way to do that is to be armed with the data and knowledge to help you successfully run that race.

During November 2022, EisnerAmper’s Outsourced IT Services team surveyed more than 100 business executives on their cybersecurity practices. One of our key findings is that cyber threats are just as likely to come from inside the organization as outside—whether unintentionally (or intentionally) through staff.
