Christopher Meringolo is a Manager in the Not-for-Profit Services Group. His expertise includes assisting in the planning and development of audits for a variety of not-for-profit entities, including social service institutions, private foundations, religious organizations, schools, and employee benefit plans. Chris also has experience in the preparation of federal and state not-for-profit tax and compliance filings.
Within the firm, Chris is involved in many initiatives. He is a speaker on accounting and auditing topics, presenting sessions and writing blogs on a variety of matters of current interest in the not-for-profit marketplace. In addition, Chris contributes to the firms continuing professional education by developing course materials, teaching selected programs, and assisting in the educational training for the Not-for-Profit Services Group.
In addition, Chris is currently on the firm’s Rising Stars Committee, dedicated to advancing and improving the professional development of the firm’s employees by discussing and improving networking skills. He is also involved in the on-campus recruiting process and frequently assists in the facilitation of fundraising activities through EisnerAmper Cares, the firm’s community volunteer organization aimed at serving those in need through donations of employees’ time and skills to charitable, civic and environmental projects and programs.
