Arpita Shah is an Audit Senior Manager in the Financial Services and General Business Services Group. Arpita has nearly 10 years of experience in the audit and accounting industry. She is responsible for the overall audit, including planning, organizing, review and preparation of financial statements. In particular, she serves broker dealers, private equity funds and private commercial audits including technology and life sciences.
Prior to joining the firm, Arpita began her career at a Big 4 accounting firm where she was an Advisory Consultant responsible for developing innovative investment and financial structures for global acquisitions and divestments and conducting direct tax due diligence for acquisitions.
Arpita has presented and regularly contributes her assistance in internal training programs.
