Allen Shteynberg

Allen Shteynberg is a Director in the Financial Services Group with over 15 years of diversified accounting and auditing experience. His responsibilities include coordinating, managing, and performing audit services for private equity funds, hedge funds, public mutual funds, funds of funds, and commodity pools.

Additionally, Allen assists clients with commentary on fund documents, guidance on structuring investment vehicles and various regulatory issues impacting the industry.

Prior to joining the firm, Allen was a Senior Manager at a Big 4 accounting firm where he provided audit and accounting services for both private and public investment company clients.

Allen facilitates internal training on financial service topics, including technical accounting updates and industry trends. He is involved with mentoring staff and recruitment of new employees.
