Alan Frank is a Partner within EisnerAmper Digital and leads the group's internal audit and consulting engagements. He has nearly 25 years of public accounting and private industry experience, providing consulting, internal audit, governance, risk, and compliance services to companies in a variety of industries. Alan also has expertise in communicating with senior executives and audit committees.
Alan has led engagements for companies ranging from those with less than $100 million in revenue to the Fortune 100, including several international organizations. He has served as the outsourced internal audit leader for NYSE-listed entities and executed several large consulting projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Alan was the global Director of Internal Audit at Scholastic Inc., where he managed the Sarbanes-Oxley program while also conducting operational and financial internal audits. Prior to Scholastic, Alan spent eight years at a Big 4 accounting firm, working in their Enterprise Risk Services Department and focusing primarily on specialty reviews for finance companies, internal controls engagements, and internal audits.
Additionally, Alan is a frequent speaker and panelist and has presented on topics regarding internal audit, internal controls, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and emerging technology.
