Thomas Turrin is a Tax Partner with over 40 years of experience in public accounting. Tom specializes in servicing clients in the real estate industry in New York City, including residential and commercial, ultra-high net worth families, investment management including private equity funds and funds of funds, professional service firms, and closely-held businesses in media and distribution.
Tom's clients include families with large New York City real estate portfolios and ultra-high net worth families, and family offices. Tom's expertise includes tax and estate planning, business succession planning and transaction structuring. Tom also represents clients in federal and state tax examinations.
Prior to joining the firm, Tom was Partner-in-Charge of the High Net Worth Practice and a member of the Executive Committee at Raich Ende Malter & Co. LLP (REM), a leading full-service accounting and auditing firm providing a wide variety of accounting, tax, and business advisory services to organizations of all sizes, emerging businesses, and high net worth individuals.
