Michelle Walsh

Michelle Walsh is the firm's Assurance Chief Operating Officer. With nearly 25 years of experience, Michelle brings a broad base of industry knowledge. She has worked with many top 200 firms to drive process improvement using technology to create operational efficiencies, she has strong industry relationships and proven success in driving strategy, balanced with managing the day-to-day operations.

Michelle's professional prowess was recognized when she was named a CPA Practice Advisor 2017 20 Under 40 Nominee. She has also co-authored the "How Workflow Technology Can Transform Your Practice" Whitepaper for the AICPA.

Prior to joining the firm, Michelle was the Chief Operation Officer at Edelstein, a leading Boston-based CPA firm providing comprehensive accounting, tax, and advisory services across multiple industries, including healthcare, financial services, and real estate. Before this role, she served as the Vice President of Client Service at a tax and accounting workflow platform, overseeing business operations. Michelle began her career at Eisner as a Senior Auditor, eventually transitioning to roles at Big 4 accounting firms. Throughout her career, Michelle has held numerous management positions, offering strategic guidance and operational leadership in various organizations.
