Matthew Muscarnera is a Partner in the Financial Services Group. He has extensive experience dealing with complex financial instruments, including valuations of interest rate and credit default swaps, swaptions, forwards, foreign exchange forwards, private investments, in public entities (PIPES) and private equity investments as well as convertible debt, bank debt, distressed debt, mortgage-backed securities and real estate loans, among others.
In addition, Matthew has expertise in dealing with international financial reporting standards (IFRS), international auditing standards, conforming/comparing to U.S. GAAP and GAAS, and consolidations. He is also very involved in the development and instructing of broker-dealer training for the firm’s staff.
Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Matthew was a Director at a national accounting firm.
