Mark W. Lindsay

Mark Lindsay is a Director in the firm. With more than 40 years of experience, Mark works extensively with clients in the real estate industry, helping them with structuring acquisitions, sales, and exchanges using partnerships, LLCs, and direct ownership. He also has significant experience in helping clients strategize employee compensation management, including stock and option issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark was a founding-partner of Lindsay & Brownell, LLP, a full-service accounting and consulting firm. Before this, he was a Tax Manager for over a decade at a Big Four accounting firm.

Mark lends his knowledge and experience by being involved with various local organizations. Formerly, Mark was chairman of the board representing the American Lung Association of San Diego as well as the Lamb’s Players Theater Endowment Trust, sat on the Sharp Coronado Hospital Board of Directors, was on the committee for the Scripps Foundation of Planned Giving and has held the position of executive director for the San Diego County Bar Foundation.

Additionally, Mark dedicated eight years serving as a lecturer in tax and accounting at San Diego State University.
