Mark Imowitz

Mark Imowitz is a Senior Advisor at EisnerAmper. He was a Founding Partner of Imowitz Koenig & Co., LLP (IK), and real estate fund advisory firm Real Estate Systems Implementation Group, LLC (RESIG). Mark has more than 50 years of experience in tax and business consulting.

With his extensive expertise in the area of tax, Mark has assisted many of the firm’s clients, including partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations and individuals through their growth and development life cycles. With the experience of managing a successful, growing firm, Mark can often provide valuable assistance and guidance in the decision-making process needed for companies to succeed.

Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He served as a member of the NYSSCPA’s Task Force on Restructuring the Internal Revenue Service and its Partnership Taxation Committee, the latter of which he chaired. He is a former member of the Planned Giving Advisory Board of the Museum of Modern Art and is the past President and Treasurer of the Jewish Association for Services for the Aged (JASA). Mark continues to serve on the JASA board as Vice President.
