Fred M. Brody is a Director in the firm's Tax services Group. With a background spanning more than four decades, Fred brings a wealth of experience in tax compliance, tax advisory, gift & estate tax domains, and asbestos trust.
Fred possesses significant expertise in managing and supervising tax controversies practice. Furthermore, he has a special area of expertise in the representation of asbestos-qualified settlement trusts. This includes trust structuring, day-to-day trust accounting, operational processes and procedures, tax preparation and planning services and creation of a transparent process.
Prior to joining the firm, Fred was a Partner at Morrison & Morrison, Ltd., a premier Chicago-based CPA and consulting firm.
