Eric Collins

Eric Collins is a Partner in the firm. With over 20 years of experience, Eric specializes in the taxation of alternative investments, particularly private equity partnerships with U.K. and/or U.S. partners, and offering withholding tax advice in the wake of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA). In addition, his extensive knowledge of international transactions' federal income taxation has enabled him to help individuals and businesses implement internationally efficient structures.

Prior to joining the firm, Eric was a Principal at Raich Ende Malter & Co. LLP (REM), a leading full-service accounting and auditing firm providing a wide variety of accounting, tax, and business advisory services to organizations of all sizes, emerging businesses, and high net worth individuals.
