Diane primarily works with closely held businesses and their owners, executives, as well as medium to large privately-owned businesses. She has extensive experience working with clients across a wide range of industries, including real estate, media, manufacturing, professional services, and restaurants.

Her expertise and deep understanding of the intricacies of tax planning enable her to provide her clients with the guidance they need to make informed decisions that maximize their financial outcomes and add value to their businesses.

Diane is passionate about being responsive and proactive in building long-standing, trusted client relationships. Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Diane was a Tax Partner in a top 50 regional accounting firm, as well as one of the country’s largest accounting firms. With her exceptional experience and unwavering commitment to her clients, Diane is an invaluable member of the EisnerAmper team.

Diane is also a dedicated community leader. She has served as a Past President of the Atlantic/Cape NJ Society of CPAs and was a prior Treasurer of Families of Autistic Children Education and Support, an organization dedicated to supporting families affected by autism. Through her leadership and dedication, Diane has made a meaningful difference in the lives of many individuals and families.
