Dan Markham Bader, Jr.

Mark Bader is an Advisor in the Private Client Services Group, with over four decades of experience in tax accounting. The expertise Mark has developed over the past 45 years is evident in the high-quality service he provides to his clients.

Mark assisted with the tax planning for four sales by oil and gas companies in which proceeds from the sales exceeded $3 billion. He attributes his success to the confidence his clients display in his abilities, as well as the expertise and assistance his co-workers have given him throughout his professional career.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark was a Tax Partner with Goldin Peiser & Peiser, LLP (GPP), a leading full-service audit and accounting firm in Dallas and was responsible for tax compliance and planning for oil and gas companies and ultra high net worth individuals. Additionally, Mark worked for a Big 4 accounting firm, and a regional accounting firm. He then became a founding partner of two certified public accounting firms, Bader, Fisk & Robinson and Bader & Associates, P.C.

In the community, Mark is involved with several charitable organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors of a large Private Foundation.
