Cornelius Kilbane is a Partner with over 40 years of experience in both public practice and private industry and advises clients in a variety of industries, both domestically and internationally.

Neal possesses a broad depth of understanding of auditing, tax planning and strategic advisory services, and also has extensive experience with clients in the areas of professional services, real estate, financial services, high net worth family offices, and not-for-profit. He assists international clients to establish business operations in the U.S., offering guidance in the startup and tax structuring phases and ongoing accounting services. Neal has also provided litigation support services related to investigations of broker-dealers and hedge funds being conducted by the SEC and the U.S. Attorney’s Office, as well as representing malpractice insurers covering accounting firms in malpractice claims matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Neal was the Managing Partner of the New York City Office, the Partner-in-Charge of Professional Services Firms, and an Executive Committee member at Raich Ende Malter & Co. LLP (REM), a leading full-service accounting and auditing firm providing a wide variety of accounting, tax, and business advisory services to organizations of all sizes, emerging businesses, and high net worth individuals.

Neal served as Global Chairman of PrimeGlobal, an association of independent accounting firms from 2019-2021 after being a member of the Global Board of Directors and North American Board of Directors for over 10 years. Currently he serves as on the Board of Directors, and as Audit Committee Chair, of the Irish Repertory Theater, Inc

As an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). Neal served on the Stock Brokerage Committee and on several committees of the NYSSCPA’s Nassau County chapter.
