Former Leaders for Google and the CIA to Keynote

EisnerAmper is pleased to announce that its National Virtual Summit will take place on Wednesday, November 17, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (ET).

More than ever, companies are continuously innovating to keep up with change, without necessarily achieving the desired results. Cybersecurity; digital innovation; environmental, social and governance (“ESG”); corporate social responsibility (“CSR”); and attracting and retaining talent are a few issues where companies can either lead or follow. Join EisnerAmper for a look at how businesses are successfully transforming to meet challenges and leverage opportunities—positioning themselves to drive intelligent growth and build a workplace for the future. If you are a business owner, executive, entrepreneur, family office or high net worth individual looking for actionable steps and fresh ideas, this event is for you.

Sean Roche, former Associate Deputy Director for Central Intelligence Agency (“CIA”) Digital Innovation who co-led the CIA’s digital innovation initiatives with cutting-edge technologies and cyber intelligence will kick-off the Summit. His session: “Cyber Risk and Big Data – Security Innovation in the Age of Virtual Work,” will focus on how to secure and transform an organization by integrating advanced digital capabilities as well as the tools and techniques to optimize business operations to both increase security and excel in the cyber and big data arenas.

Ginny Clarke, former Director of Executive Recruiting at Google, will lead the discussion on “Winning the Talent War: Creating the Workplace of Tomorrow.” Ginny is a leadership advisor, diversity recruiting expert, talent strategist, and host of the Fifth Dimensional Leadership podcast dedicated to creating the conscious workplace of tomorrow. Her session will tackle the turnover tsunami and how companies can recruit and retain top talent. She’ll provide valuable insight into how to empower your organization to build diverse collaborative teams, and the powerful link between internal mobility and employee satisfaction.

In addition to the keynote presentations, there will be a timely panel session on “ESG in Action – Sustainable Impact Driving Results.” This panel will explore the different ways companies are connecting to and engaging with community initiatives to help create sustainable change. With perspectives from business and community leaders, we’ll uncover best practices and ways to get started, no matter the size or type of your organization.
