Karen Penhallegon is an Associate Director in the firm’s Consulting Services Group. With over 12 years of public accounting experience, Karen assists clients with integrating their technology, people, and processes to maximize efficiency while also obtaining the analytical data they need to grow their business. She has worked with clients to develop and improve technology processes in all areas of their business, including accounting, human resources, and operations.
Karen works with clients to determine their software needs and select the optimum solution for their business. Her responsibilities include assistance with requirements definition, RFP development, and vendor evaluation. Additionally, Karen heads the firm’s Sage Intacct implementation team, leading clients through executing their cloud strategy, refining existing policies and procedures, and developing business reporting to meet financial or analytical needs.
Prior to joining the firm, Karen was an Associate Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm.
