Learning Objective: Participants will have a basic understanding of the new foreign tax credit regulations and how it applies to their clients.

  • Participants will understand the differences between the old and new foreign tax credit regulations.
  • Participants will gain knowledge in how to determine if a foreign tax is creditable under the new regulations.
  • Participants will understand how the new regulations are applicable in their day-to-day businesses.
