Wisconsin Issues Tax Bulletin Summarizing Recent Tax Law Changes

On July 1, 2015, the Wisconsin Department of Revenue issued Tax Bulletin 189 summarizing the various tax changes as a result of Wisconsin tax law changes. Some of the changes provided are:

  1. Enacted federal laws are simultaneously enacted for Wisconsin purposes effective for tax years beginning before January 1, 2014;
  2. TV Corridor payment subtraction eliminated for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2016; and
  3. Sunset of the job creation deduction effective for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2015
