Vincent Treglia is a Senior Tax Manager in the Personal Wealth Advisory Practice and a member of its International Wealth Advisory Group. Vincent has more than 10 years’ experience, beginning his career at a Big 4 accounting firm where he held a diversified tax capacity role specializing in international tax. His client base is comprised of high-net worth individuals, expatriates and foreign individuals who live both in the U.S. and abroad and who hold positons at entities with significant international operations. Vincent’s clients range from athletes and entertainers to executives of Fortune 500 companies within including professional services, manufacturing and technology industries.
Vincent helps lead the firm’s Expat/Inpat taxation service line. He has extensive experience with multinational activities, including foreign owned partnerships, corporations, stock option compliance, foreign investors of domestic companies, disregarded entities, transfers of U.S. property, treaty based positions, and the foreign tax credit. Vincent works extensively with, and educates U.S. taxpayers on foreign reporting compliance including FATCA issues and IRS offshore voluntary compliance programs, (OVDP).
As a frequent speaker, Vincent has presented on a variety of tax topics related to global mobility and international tax both internally and externally. In addition, he has coauthored articles which have been published by the firm.
Vincent founded Kick-Start a Cure, a not-for-profit organization for whose mission is to provide support directly to cancer patients and caregivers.
