Susannah Prill is a Director in the firm’s Forensic Litigation and Valuation Services Group. Susannah has been a forensic accountant specializing in business valuation and litigation support for over 15 years, providing damage measurement and lost profit calculations for breach of contract, theft of intellectual property, business interruption and embezzlement. She has also provided forensic accounting and litigation support services to fiscal agents, not-for-profit boards, bankruptcy trustees, and creditor committees.

Most recently, Susannah’s focus has been on business valuations in the context of, shareholder disputes, matrimonial and estate litigation.

Susannah has written articles for New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) on topics including bankruptcy alternatives, and has presented to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Association for Justice on topics including business valuations, lost profits and the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA).
