Stuart Cohen

Stuart Cohen is a Director in the firm’s Professional Practice Group. He provides policy guidance to the firm’s financial services practice on accounting, auditing, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining the firm, Stuart was an Executive Director in a national accounting firm. He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Stuart has worked extensively with unregulated investment funds including domestic and offshore hedge funds, master-feeder structures, funds of funds and commodity funds. He has expertise in the commodities industry. Additionally, he has performed various due diligence projects relating to acquisitions of an asset management complex, hedge fund administrators, and commodity trading companies.

Stuart has presented to professional and industry organizations on various hedge fund industry topics and has contributed articles to various firm and industry publications.
