Steve Kreinik Joins Partnership at EisnerAmper LLP
Specialist in Serving the Tax and Wealth Advisory Needs of Individuals and Closely Held Businesses
EisnerAmper announced that Steve Kreinik, CPA, has joined the firm. Steve will be a partner in the firm’s Personal Wealth Advisory group serving clients primarily from the firm’s South Florida offices.
With more than 20 years of experience in the field of personal wealth, Steve is an accomplished manager of advisory teams focused on tax, charitable, and estate planning, and related tax compliance for high net worth individual and multi-generational families. He joins a Personal Wealth Advisory group that is well established across the country serving clients with a comprehensive suite of services ranging from family office operations, private wealth management, succession and transition planning, trust and estate, international wealth and taxation, and corporate executive services.
“Bringing Steve’s recognized skills and leadership experience in personal wealth advisory to our offices in Miami and Fort Lauderdale further enhances the national scope of our practice,” said Timothy Speiss, partner-in-charge of EisnerAmper’s Personal Wealth Advisory group. “There is tremendous growth in the South Florida marketplace, and its central role as an international gateway makes it the ideal location for Steve to expand our services to families and closely held businesses.”
In addition to his expertise in wealth advisory, Steve is also highly experienced in real estate matters and tax controversy; and he works with clients on sales of businesses, real estate and intangible assets. He has a deep understanding of issues confronting executives including deferred compensation and on foreign tax issues including controlled foreign corporations and passive foreign investment companies.
“I am excited to join EisnerAmper, a firm I’ve known and respected for many years,” Steve said. “This is a great opportunity for me to continue the firm’s growth in South Florida in personal wealth advisory and real estate.” Steve is a School of Management graduate of SUNY-Binghamton, and has his MBA and MS-Taxation degrees from Baruch College, in New York.
