Richard R. Colloca

Richard Colloca is an Audit Partner and the firm's National Food and Beverage Practice Leader, a member of the Manufacturing and Distribution Group as well as a member of the Profession Practice Group. With nearly 30 years of experience he has serviced a wide array of clients throughout his extensive career working with companies in the manufacturing and distribution sector as well as the technology and service industry sectors.

Rich provides accounting, auditing, and business consulting services to businesses in both the public and private sectors, including private equity sponsored companies. He has significant experience in the areas of SEC compliance, business combinations, revenue recognition, equity-based compensation and other complex debt and equity instruments.

Additionally, Rich’s extensive experience in the manufacturing and distribution sector, extends from raw material manufacturers all the way through retailers. He has worked with many well-known food and beverage companies, including co-operatives.

Rich advises clients with the evolving business issues such as: productivity, profitability, operational efficiency, supply chain integration and strategies, internal control enhancements as well as succession planning. He also has extensive experience in assisting and advising clients with transactions such as IPOs and merger and acquisitions as well as providing SEC compliance and reporting services.
