Ramon Valls Joins EisnerAmper's Miami Office as a Director in the Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Group

EisnerAmper is pleased to announce that Ramon Valls has joined the firm as a director in its Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Services (“FLVS”) practice. He will be based at the firm’s Miami, Florida, office.
Ramon has more than 15 years of experience in U.S. and cross-border forensic accounting investigations including fraud, anti-money laundering, financial reporting and more.
He consults on multi-jurisdictional assignments, business intelligence and investigations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) investigations, due diligence analysis and forensic investigations. Ramon has performed numerous investigations for publicly traded multinationals of alleged FCPA violations throughout their South American operations. He has also played a vital role on several FCPA high-risk audits and acquisition due diligences.
Additionally, Ramon’s litigation support assignments have included national and international asset valuations, financial modeling, pre-transactional valuations and import-export analysis. He has vast experience working throughout the world and across a variety of business sectors.

Ramon has a B.B.A. in Accounting from Miami University and a Cybersecurity & Leadership Certificate from Florida International University. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is fluent in Spanish.
