Pauline Lau

Pauline Lau is a Tax Senior Manager in the Employee Benefits Group. With over 10 years of experience, she is responsible for managing and providing technical consulting related to the group’s qualified retirement plan services, including annual record keeping, discrimination testing and preparation of annual filings. Pauline also supports clients through the research of particular tax issues that arise in the operation of their plans and with their plan documents.

In addition, Pauline is responsible for the implementation of new plans and the transfer of existing plans to the group, by managing the transfer of information and interfacing with the technology platform providers. She also heads the team that provides services to employers with more complex and multiple Form 5500 filing requirements, by coordinating the collection of data and overseeing the preparation and review of the returns.
