Biography
Nisha Tanna is the Director of Resource Management Operations in the firm's Human Resources department. With over 20 years of experience, Nisha is responsible for leading and executing initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of resource management practice in the firm.
Her current initiatives include spearheading the development of a comprehensive resource management dashboard design in partnership with the ETI team and executing efforts to automate resource management reporting. In addition, Nisha oversees the business requirements gathering process to gain a deep understanding of the current and future state of resource management and works on the overall development of strategic best practices for resource management.
Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Nisha was an Associate Director of Resource Management at a Big 4 accounting firm where she played a key role in leading the tech enablement in financial services, and federal resource management practices.
