Neil Tipograph

Neil Tipograph is a Tax Partner and a member of the Real Estate Services Group, with over 35 years of public and private accounting experience. His experience in the real estate industry includes significant involvement with tax planning, management, and business advisory services for various private and institutional real estate owner-operators and developers.

Neil has expertise in the areas of Qualified Opportunity Zones, cost segregation, section 199A (QBI) deduction, 1031 exchanges, business interest limitations, tangible property regulations, multistate taxation, family wealth tax planning, and partnership matters.

Most recently, Neil was a Tax Partner at the accounting firm Imowitz Koenig & Co., LLP (IK), and real estate fund advisory firm Real Estate Systems Implementation Group, LLC (RESIG), in addition to a member of both firm’s executive committee prior to joining EisnerAmper.

As an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), Neil served as Chairperson of the Partnership Committee, the Municipal and Local Committee and the Tax Division Oversight. He is a past recipient of the Foundation for Accounting Education Outstanding Service Award, and a past President of the New York City Chapter of NAIOP, the nation’s leading trade association for developers, owners, investors and asset managers in industrial, office and mixed-use commercial real estate.
