Megan Doone is an Audit Senior Manager with over 10 years of public accounting experience. Megan serves both public and private companies in a wide variety of industries, including sports and entertainment, professional service firms, health care, real estate, and technology.
Megan has significant experience with SEC entities, including Sarbanes Oxley rules and regulations, in addition to compliance and filing requirements. She has assisted clients in various types of complex transactions, including, but not limited to, debt and equity financings and acquisition accounting. Additionally, Megan has worked with clients at all stages from start-up to maturity. She has experience taking companies through IPO’s.
