Mark Pelouze

Mark Pelouze is an Audit Director with over 20 years of experience in planning, performing and supervising accounting and audit engagements. He serves private and publicly held clients in various industries, including biotechnology, life sciences, manufacturing, distribution, software, technology and service companies, with annual revenues of up to $500 million.

Mark has significant experience in working with emerging growth and middle-market businesses that are frequently financed through venture capital and are often heavily focused on the development of innovative products and services. He has worked on several initial public offerings, due diligence engagements and various SEC filings, including Forms S-1, S-3, S-4, 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K.

Throughout his career, Mark has also provided consulting services related to the implementation and/or application of various complex technical accounting principles.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark held senior manager positions at Big 5 and Big 4 accounting firms.
